At DocumentMaster, we strive to provide accurate and high-quality translation services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services.


1. Service Commitment

Translation projects require professional time and expertise once work begins. Because of this, refunds may be limited after a project has started. However, we aim to resolve any issues fairly and professionally.


2. When Refunds May Be Granted

A refund request may be considered in the following situations:

  • The client cancels the project before the translation work has started.

  • Payment was made but the project has not yet been processed.

  • The delivered translation contains significant errors that cannot be corrected through revisions.


3. Revision Policy

If you are not satisfied with the delivered translation, we encourage you to contact us first. DocumentMaster may offer revisions to correct mistakes or improve the translation according to the original instructions provided.


4. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • The translation project has been fully completed and delivered.

  • The request is based on personal preference rather than translation accuracy.

  • The client provided incorrect, incomplete, or unclear instructions.


5. Partial Refunds

If a project is canceled after work has begun but before completion, a partial refund may be issued depending on the portion of work already completed.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. The time required for the refund to appear may depend on the payment provider.
